The Text Messaging Service is intended for conversational, person-to-person business communications between you and our authorized representatives.

By opting in to or using the Text Messaging Service, you consent to receive text messages from Captured Technologies, LLC at the mobile telephone number you provide. Messages may include responses to inquiries, customer service communications, scheduling communications, account-related information, service information, and other communications connected with your request or business relationship with us.

Message Frequency

Message And Data Rates
Captured Technologies, LLC does not charge a separate fee for the Text Messaging Service. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Your carrier is responsible for any charges assessed under your plan.
Opting Out Of Text Messages
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a message from the applicable Captured Technologies, LLC telephone number. After you opt out, we may send one final text message confirming that your request has been processed. You will receive no further messages from that telephone number unless you later opt in again.
Because the Text Messaging Service supports individual person-to-person conversations, an opt-out request applies to the conversation and sending telephone number associated with the request. If you communicate with another Captured Technologies, LLC representative from a different telephone number, you may need to submit a separate opt-out request for that conversation.

For assistance, reply HELP to the applicable text message or contact support@captured-leads.com. Where supported, you may reply START to resume a conversation after opting out.
Carrier And Delivery Limitations
Text message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received within a particular period.
SMS Privacy
Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of information associated with the Text Messaging Service are governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information, mobile telephone numbers collected for SMS communications, SMS consent records, and text messaging originator opt-in data will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
